
Bring and Buy
After the success of the first bring and buy at last year’s RakuCon, we’re bringing it back again for 2025! Bring your unwanted goods and make a bit of money, or maybe find a good deal on something you’re looking for!
There have been a few changes to the rules since last year so please make sure you read everything before submitting your items!
FAQ
What will and won’t be accepted?
Items must be related to anime, games, Japanese pop culture, etc
Good examples are anime DVD’s or manga, or merch like acrylic stands or figures.Cosplays and wigs will be accepted but must be cleaned before drop off.
Wigs must be individually bagged, washed, and detangled.
Unbagged wigs will not be accepted.Handmade goods will be accepted but must be labelled as such.
We will not sell damaged goods, dangerous, or soiled items.
We have a zero tolerance policy for bootleg goods, these will not be accepted.
No 18+ goods.
Staff maintain the right to refuse goods if they feel that they are not suitable to be sold.

Important Information:
You must be over 18 to bring items to the bring and buy, ID will be required when dropping off items.
Labelling your items with prices before dropping them off is encouraged and preferred!
Goods can be dropped off from 2pm - 8pm on Friday during setup, from 8am on Saturday, and 12pm on Sunday.
Goods can be picked up at any time, please remember to pick up any unsold items before leaving the convention!
Any unsold items that are not picked up by the end of the day on Sunday will be considered as donated to the convention.
What room will the Bring and Buy table be in?
The Pioneer Room.
How will payment work?
We will take a 20% fee from each sale.
Payments will be worked out after the con has ended and sent via PayPal in the days following.
Please note payments will be sent via PayPal Goods and Services, not Friends and Family.
How to register goods for the Bring and Buy?
Please use the form linked below to register goods you would like to bring.
Items are split into 5 categories on the form:
1. DVD’s & Blu-Rays
2. Books & Manga
3. Merchandise
4. Cosplays & Wigs
5. OtherYou can submit multiple items in one category on the form, however a new form must be submitted for each category you have items for
E.g Submit the form once with a list of DVD’s, submit another form with a list of cosplays, submit another form with a list manga, etcAll goods are left at the owners risk, we will not be responsible for loss or damage.
There will be limited space for on the day drop offs, but it is recommended to fill in the form before to avoid disappointment.
