Where is RakuCon held?

What time does RakuCon Manchester open and close?

  • Saturday: 10am - 6pm 

  • Sunday: 12pm - 5pm

Where do I get my tickets?

Stay tuned for an announcement regarding where you can purchase tickets!

Can I transfer my ticket?

Of course! Please contact us at info@rakuevents.com and we will help you with your ticket transfer. Tickets cannot be exchanged.

I have purchased a ticket and I am no longer able to make it to the convention, what should I do?

If you have purchased a ticket and are unable to make it to the convention please do contact us at info@rakuevents.com and we’ll be more than happy to help! All refund requests are at the sole discretion of Raku Events. Ticket fees are non-refundable.

Are tickets available to purchase at the door?

Yes, depending on availability. The best way of securing your ticket is by purchasing online.

Where can I find lost items?

Over the weekend lost items will be safely stored at the RakuCon help desk, so if you have lost something then do pop over to us at the help desk to see if we have your missing item. If you realise you have something missing after the event is taken place please email us at info@rakuevents.com

Does RakuCon Manchester have disability access?

Our event is fully accessible with many easy to access lifts and ramps. If you have any special requirements please contact us at info@rakuevents.com

Are there tickets for carers?

Absolutely! We offer free tickets for all carers and are entitled to free entry with their one to one care. You will need to contact us at info@rakuevents.com to obtain your ticket and provide us with the following evidence: 

  • Credability's Access Card

  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID card

  • Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate)

  • Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)

  • Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)

Are there tickets for children?

Tickets for children aged 6 - 12 years old are available as an add-on via Eventbrite. Children under 5 go free.

What are the rules for weapon props?

Real weapons are strictly prohibited at RakuCon. Please make sure your prop is no longer than 1.5 meters and if carrying them through public please conceal the prop to not cause alarm to the general public. Please make sure your weapon is made of either wood, soft materials or resin and is not a realistic imitation. 

Am I allowed to take photographs and videos?

Absolutely! We’re more than happy for you to take as many photos and videos as you like. However if you’re taking a photo of someone please ask them first and if they say no please respect their wishes.

I’m a trader/artist, where do I go to book a table?

Applications will open in late 2025. However, you can join the waiting list and we will let you know if any slots open!

I’m a performer/panelist, where do I find the application form?

Applications will open in early 2026.

I’m interested in sponsoring RakuCon, where can I contact the team?
